Yes this is on the list. The problem is that Docker needs to run on Linux or WSL and there are complexities with different windows versions (11 vs 10 and Home vs Professional). It's hard to address them all.
But once you get that initial infrastructure setup correctly, it's a really useful way to containerize your projects.
